Hallo-weekend begins! Here’s our list of highlights for your Friday, mostly from the WSB West Seattle Event Calendar (where you’ll find more):

SOUTHWEST ARTIST SHOWCASE: 10 am to 6 pm today, visit Southwest Library (9010 35th SW) to see the work on display – but hurry, it’s ending this weekend!

STAY ‘N’ PLAY: Free indoor gym at Arbor Heights Community Church (4113 SW 102nd), 10 am-11:30 pm, just drop in!

SOUTH SEATTLE COLLEGE GARDEN CENTER: Fall gardening? The center has plants – and a sale! Open until 3 pm on the north end of the main campus of South Seattle College (6000 16th SW; WSB sponsor).

BABY STORY TIME: 11 am story time at Delridge Library (5423 Delridge Way SW).

VISIT THE LOG HOUSE MUSEUM: Open noon-4 pm on Fridays – the home of West Seattle’s history. (3003 61st SW)
